Deposit & Damaged Artwork Policy

Custom Artwork Deposit

To begin work on any custom or commissioned piece, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required. This deposit secures your place in the creative schedule and covers the initial costs of materials and design planning. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged Artwork

All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx or UPS. In the unlikely event your piece arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Please email clear photographs and/or video of the damaged package and artwork to: vetrina@twapineapplestudio.com
  • This documentation is required in order to initiate a replacement or a solution to restore your piece.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, all sales are otherwise final and non-refundable.
